💡Which will be your responsibilities?

  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
  • Oversee the maintenance and organization of office spaces.
  • Coordinate office services, such as cleaning, maintenance, waste management, restocking supplies, snacks, fruit, and other daily necessities.
  • Support the onboarding of new hires in HR. 
  • Manage the reception desk, phone calls, and visitors; prepare meeting rooms; handle catering; and provide support for internal meetings, client visits, and corporate events.
  • Handle administrative and document management tasks. 
  • Manage office purchases, inventory, deliveries, shipments, returns, warehouse organization, and the tracking of materials through Odoo.

📚 What do we value?

  • Previous experience in reception or administrative roles.
  • B2 - C1level of English.
  • Experience in international or technology-related environments.
  • Knowledge of other languages.
  • Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of the Odoo ERP.
